As I look back at the past decade, I am extremely gratified at the progress our company has made. Having started from a small operation in Doha, today we produce over 5 million meals and serve approx. 2 million individuals per year. With service delivery expanded across the country, we are delighted to have been a part of Qatar’s growth.

QCC has been assessed and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO 22000: 2018 & ISO 45001 : 2018…

QCC’s salient mechanisms include:

- Monitoring and controlling the temperatures of food during cooking, holding, serving, cooling, and reheating
-
- Training our food service specialists in proper hand washing techniques and guaranteeing the use of disposable gloves as well as not allowing sick employees to handle food

- Teaching employees on how to prevent cross-contamination and empowering them with the tools to do so

- Conducting intermittent food safety self-inspection for every QCC food production and handling unit
From the produce stage to the plate, QCC applies food safety management system in line with ISO 22000 : 2005 standard, thus ensuring our meal service is always safe for consumption.
